How quickly will someone reply?
Two working days. If we cannot help you, that reply says so plainly instead of going quiet.
Can I just telephone?
Yes, Monday to Friday during office hours. We answer it ourselves, so sometimes it rings out and you should write instead.
What do you do with what I send?
We read it and we keep it for a year if you want us to. Nothing goes to a company without you agreeing to that company by name.
